Submission To Publication Process

Submission:
Authors submit their articles providing essential details and files. The files must include the following:
- Name and affilation of authors and co-authors (if applicable)
- Necessary images, tables, references, etc in the Word File
- Authors are encouraged to use IEEE citation style.

Initial Review:
Our team conducts an initial review to ensure submissions meet the basic requirements. Articles undergo a thorough plagiarism check to ensure originality and adherence to ethical publishing standards. A plagiarism score of less than 20% is required for publication. Articles passing the plagiarism check proceed to review by experts in the field, ensuring quality, accuracy, and relevance.

Author Revisions
Authors receive feedback and are given opportunity to revise and improve their articles. The team evaluates revised article making an editorial decision on acceptance, revision, or rejection.

Payment of Article Processing Charge (APC):
Upon acceptance, authors proceed with the payment of the Article Processing Charge (APC), facilitating the publication process. A minor APC of USD 15 covers the costs associated with the developer who posts the article onto the web and other publishing-related expenses.
5)
Online Publication:
Articles proceed to final editing, formatting, and preparation for publication. Articles are published online first, granting authors immediate visibility.
